CLASSY ADORE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Classy Adore, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with         all tags attached

• Original packaging must be included

• We gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit/refunds

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us at Support@classyadore.com within 30 days of delivery
2. 2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. 3. We'll provide return instructions and address
4. 4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

• Classy Adore is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is used or worn.                   
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Classy Adore is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments     

REFUNDS 

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return 
•  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase) 
•  Items without tags or in worn/washed condition
• Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

EXCHANGES

• We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability)
• Contact us at Support@classyadore.com to arrange an exchange

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at Support@classyadore.com •
• We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund
