PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
Domestic (United States):
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (available at checkout)

International:
International Standard: 10-21 business days
Shipping times vary by destination country
Customs delays may occur (outside our control)

SHIPPING COSTS
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (automatically applied at checkout!)
Orders under $50: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
International orders: Shipping costs calculated at checkout

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Track your package using the carrier's website

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
These charges are determined by your country and are not included in our prices
Classy Adore is not responsible for customs delays

We currently ship to 200+ countries worldwide
Some remote areas may have limited shipping options
P.O. Boxes accepted for standard shipping only

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Classy Adore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
We recommend shipping to a secure location
Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at Support@classyadore.com
Include photos of the damage
We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
Shipping times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons
Weather and carrier delays are outside our control
