We're excited to get your Classy Adore pieces to you! Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
• You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
Domestic (United States):
• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (available at checkout)
International:
• International Standard: 10-21 business days
• Shipping times vary by destination country
• Customs delays may occur (outside our control)
SHIPPING COSTS
• FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (automatically applied at checkout!)
• Orders under $50: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• International orders: Shipping costs calculated at checkout
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
• Track your package using the carrier's website

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
• These charges are determined by your country and are not included in our prices
• Classy Adore is not responsible for customs delays
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• We currently ship to 200+ countries worldwide
• Some remote areas may have limited shipping options
• P.O. Boxes accepted for standard shipping only
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
• Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Classy Adore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
• We recommend shipping to a secure location
• Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues
INCORRECT ADDRESS
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering
DAMAGED PACKAGES
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at Support@classyadore.com
• Include photos of the damage
• We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund
HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
• Shipping times may be longer during holidays and peak seasons
• Weather and carrier delays are outside our control
• We'll keep you updated on any significant delays
